New Sketch Challenge

Hi everyone! I hope you are enjoying the new year. We are going to start something new and I am really excited about it. I love sketch challenges and Suzette has been kind enough to do some up for us! Ours will be with a twist on some weeks. Like adding a little something extra. This week we are going to start off easy and just do the sketch.

Here's the sketch:I love this sketch. it just screams to me square card! Which I love. Here is my sample for this sketch. I am new to stitching with a sewing machine and boy does this look way better then when I first tried it out!

Yasmin by Lamplight

Hello girls. Friday again and my day for posting a card using a stamp and sentiment from the Crafty Sentiment range. I have chosen To ink up "Yasmin" and coloured her with Copic Ciaos in a winter get up. She is obviously on her way to a torchlight service before Christmas so I chose the "Joy to the World" sentiment to go with her. The papers are GCD "No Worries". The flowers are hand made and the ribbon is from my stash. She makes a gorgeous Christmas card and I hope you like her.

Thanks A Bunch

Good morning everyone, today I have used one of the Christmas stamps to make a thank you card to show you how versitle they are. For this card I used the colour combination from Winter Wonderlands last weeks challenge which were 'Berry Red, Cinnamon and Lime'. Now these are not colours that I would normally use together and don't think I would use again, what do you think? Anyhow here is Lulu holding her gift to say thanks a bunch for my Christmas presents you gave to me.

Supplies:-

6" Square Card Blank - Craft Superstore, Desinger Papers - K&Co 'TC Party', Cardstock - Paper Mill Shop, Image & Sentiment - Crafty Sentiments, Ribbon - Crafty Ribbons (it was white but I coloured it with my promarkers), Flowers & Gems - from stash.

YASMIN LOVE

Here's my Crafty Sentiments card that I submitted for today's SCS Limited supply Challenge #LSC254-"Love You Much", found HERE.

I used the adorable YASMIN character stamp from Crafty Sentiments & tried to 'limit' my layers! The Center Panel for image was cut with the Cricut Expression & it's edges are inked with Pink Metallic Gel Markers to match character's pinks.

Daisy in Pink

Hi all, great to be back after the Christmas and New Year break. For my post this week I have chosen "Daisy" from the range available here and on the Crafty Sentiments Store site. She is coloured using Copic Ciaos. Unfortunately I have been ill this week and my hands are still a bit shakey so I found the penwork and knife work a bit difficult. Still I hope you like the card. The sintiment is a Crafty Sentiments stamp as well. The papers are by My Mind's Eye.

New Realeases Coming Soon

Hi Everyone, sorry we have been missing in action, firstly I want to let you know that we will be having 10 New Character Stamps for our febuary release, that will be just in time for Valentines day, 6 of my doodle characters and 4 super cute ones from the very talented Kathy Hare. Here is one of my doodle characters.Secondly we will be running a regular sketch challenge on this blog, so that everyone can participate.
